Ordered food at 12:57, still the food is not delivered. They do not have enough riders to deliver. Funny part is they are requesting the restaurant to deliver and are not willing to refund.

Made an order and paid it and it never arrived had to talk to live chats many times to cancel order till now dunno if the order has been canceled or not

Never ever go for this app. worst in the city , there is no contact point also

On the fifth of September, I made an order through this app and the order was debited from my bank account, few minutes later the app customer service contacted me that the order will not be delivered and that they will initiate a refund, and similar to other customers complains, the refund was not initiated, I contacted the customer service chat, they told me that they initiated the refund, and that I should wait, I asked for the refund transaction id number and of course because they didn’t refund anything, they couldn’t provide any transaction id number, I would rather recommend to avoid this app, BTW, I have documents for chat with customer service.

Worst delivery service if you want lait or cold food you cans order

I made the order, they doesn’t have the delivery people they canceled the order. Immediately they deduct the money from my account, they will return the money after 14 days. This is cheating method of online businesses people.

Terrible app ! They withdrew money , did not fulfill the order and canceled it . And now they say that they will return the money in 2 weeks . I do not recommend it to anyone !

It took more than one hour delivery to deliver the order. Dont make any order if you need the food on time

Worst Food Delivery company I’ve ever encountered in my 5+ years in UAE. EatEasy - Order Food & Grocery Online So, on May 16, 2023, at 5:48PM, we placed an order through this app. We used Apple Pay to pay for our order, and it was successfully debited. We received an order confirmation via email but no SMS, which was strange, so we addressed the Customer Service Agent in the app itself, and to our astonishment, the order was not completed because they said there was a fault on their app, despite the fact that they had already received our payment. When we requested a refund, they initially stated that it will be returned to our account within 24 hours, so we waited. We decided to send an email after 24 hours, and the response was that the money would be returned to our account within 24-48 hours. They give us various timelines every time we ask for an update. 5 working days, 7 working days, then an email from them on May 23 stating that they will return the money within 2-4 working days. And guess what? It's already May 26, but NO SERIOUS ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. ONLY FAKE PROMISES FROM INCOMPETENT STAFFS. So guys, beware of this Delivery Service Company. Better used a trusted Delivery Service like Careem talabat Deliveroo noon
