I made an order in eat easily and the restaurant I made the order from , only delivered half of the order. After calling, emailing, ... only got a response that they would refund the money of the meal not delivered. 13 days from that and I'm still waiting for the refund...

This application always deducting payments from our card. It’s been more than 2 months i raised one complaint for refund and nothing happened as of now. Totally disappointed.

Worst app ever!!!!

I placed an order two days ago, and the total amount was clearly stated. However, after confirming the order, an additional 1 AED was charged without prior consent, which I didn’t mind. To my surprise, the order was then canceled, and I have yet to receive a refund.This situation is both frustrating and unprofessional.

When we placed order there is no time period they will give. Even if we asked customer service we need to call the restaurant and check. I don’t think this is proper delivery app. It’s kind of some fraud

I tried this application, and trust me it has potential, they application UI is great, delivery is good, and food comes hot, ordering from this forever! Just if they add a bit more restaurants would be good. Thanks EatEasy 🔛🔝

My order was taken at 7:30 pm and it’s Frist order 50% after 4 hours I got my order and very interesting thing is careem is doing there deliveries please don’t use these kind of apps .EATSEASY please improve and give good customer service because it’s foodstuffs
