Edifier Connect

After three months of use the left ear bud is not not connecting to the phone neither does the led blink when I put it back in. I’ve tried everything I’ve found on their page and also 3rd party pages but nothing seems to work. From day one the connection between the phone and the the earbuds is very poor and you need to connect them again and again for almost every call that I do.

Every time it starts there is a useless splash screen that won’t go on its own, it doesn’t have presets/favourites and doesn’t restore the last settings automatically. The menu items are also useless with only the last ever making any sense. They should scrap it and think it anew. Technically though, between noise cancellation modes and equalising it is fairly good

Why you don’t write in the English language the descriptions and the notifications of every new release? The app is not user friendly…… The app sends me notifications in a language that I don’t understand…
