Works ok, some times the app does not connect to the buds. Would be great if we have a ear tip fit test to make sure we have good seal for noise cancellation

The app does not connect to TWS 200. Even the first time. Any ideas?

H I had bought in Jan 2021 edifier twsnb2 I was satisfied about everything bass..treble..anc..battery and all of a sudden the in the month of May the left earbuds has started picking unnecessary noise in the left earbuds during noise cancellation mode.. Very much upset with this as I haven’t used that much ..and it was very disappointing I tried every possible way,factory reset even with other phone the buds still had the same .. issue I still have to get in touch with the service centre and get this rectified..and i seriously dont know how would they react on it.. I have a fear they might deny a replacement also…!!!!even its just 6-7 months old only..

Compare to normal earbuds sound very very low only 25%, not enjoy music.waste my money ,I think defective product change

About the earbuds - The bass is not that great anc is okay in ear detection is great looks are great too the app - is lousy it should connect with earbuds as soon as the case opens and it takes quite long to detect the buds also the volume controls don’t work I m not sure about the touch controls also, the battery percentage of case is not depicted, Siri can’t be activated by buds

Please include control customisation and support for assistants (Siri, Alexa etc.). This is basic in 2021. Otherwise, the product is tolerable

Interface is good please add some EQs and please add English Language for TWS NB2 pro.. all headphone prompts are in Chinese which i don't like at all.. gives a feeling of using a cheaper headphones

Waste of money

Best integration with platforms, Love the UI. Just need an option to re-assign gestures. I am using NW2s for the past few weeks and it’s brilliantly tuned. Battery is superb, just needs an update on the UI side to give that option. Rest love Edifier.
