Cheap clothing and bad returns
I’ve had this happen multiple times where I’ve ordered form Edikted but my order got returned to sender without me returning the items personally. In all of the times, I contacted Edikted through multiple forms of connection but it still took the company many days to get back to me. The first time this happened, I requested for the clothing items to still be shipped to my address, but when I got the clothes, they were low quality and looked like something you could get off of SHEIN but with 5 times the price. The second time my order got returned before it even arrived at my house, I didn’t even want the clothes back, I just wanted a refund. With lots of pushback and wasted time, a return as supposedly issued to my account, however I never actually received it. The transaction just showed up as pending for days then eventually disappeared. Long story short, don’t shop from edikted if you want high quality clothing and good customer service.
