Great app! Easy to navigate

I’ve had this happen multiple times where I’ve ordered form Edikted but my order got returned to sender without me returning the items personally. In all of the times, I contacted Edikted through multiple forms of connection but it still took the company many days to get back to me. The first time this happened, I requested for the clothing items to still be shipped to my address, but when I got the clothes, they were low quality and looked like something you could get off of SHEIN but with 5 times the price. The second time my order got returned before it even arrived at my house, I didn’t even want the clothes back, I just wanted a refund. With lots of pushback and wasted time, a return as supposedly issued to my account, however I never actually received it. The transaction just showed up as pending for days then eventually disappeared. Long story short, don’t shop from edikted if you want high quality clothing and good customer service.

Said if I downloaded app I’d get 10% off. Did that and tried ordering in app. Got an error code that the code was for mobile applications only. 🙄

The app doesn’t work for me no matter what I try but the clothes are amazing 😻

The price listed doesn’t match the price when at checkout. The clothes are cute and app is easy to use, but I don’t know why the prices are so unreliable.

Edikted has the hottest trends and never misses with the sizes considering I’m a petite girl and can never find my sizes to be in stock. This site is definitely for the smaller girlies struggling to find smaller clothes. They also are always having huge sales which makes my shopping experience much more bearable! Thanks Edikted!!!

The clothes are the best material and the cutest things ever! I just wish I could put one clothing item in multiple favorite sections bc some shirts are perfect for summer and school but I can’t make a section with both tops 😭

Horrible customer service. Didn’t receive two things I ordered. Emailed them a week ago and still no reply.
