No tengo forma de hablar con ellos para resolver un pedido de cambio de vuelo.
Después de días de tratar de comunicarme con ellos me mandan un email (que recibe email de respuesta) diciendo que el pedido de cambio que hice hace como 4 días, ha generado un pago extra de más o menos 50% más del pago original . Yo había pagado extra para tener vuelo flexible sin pagar extra.
No me dan opción de hacer nada.
Les mandé repetidamente emails con mi nuevo número local (el inicial q les di fue de una persona local que no contestó, fue mi error).
Les mandé repetidos email (única forma de comunicarme con ellos) dándole mi nuevo número y pidiéndoles un número para llamarlos.
Estoy con la aplicación y no me da la opción de cancelar el pedido de cambio para explorar otras opciones de cambio de vuelo.

Estoy con el pedido de cambio de vuelo paralizado. No comunicación no opción de cancelar el atento fallido de modificación de vuelo. Nada de nada.
En resumen Si hay algún problema no te dan opciones para que lo resuelvas.
Very be careful
This app very very tricky and please be careful they are not help you or not give u any service after you buy ticket or booking hotel, and you have to do all effort by yourself.
I lost 4k just because they didn’t explain about fees if you change the date. But when I bought the ticket they said you can change your ticket because I had paid for that option, after I asked they said yes you can change means you not lost your ticket but you have to pay the fees to airline which is almost we buy tickets like full amount.
I was also VIP customer.
Very bad I wish people see my review before buy anything.
Cheap flights but terrible customer service
I used eDreams to book a flight a year ago, and they gave me a very cheap rate. To get an even cheaper rate I purchased the prime subscription. When I tried to cancel the subscription, however, I was not able to get through to anyone on the customer service team, such that time passed and I was charged again for the ongoing service.
When finally, after months, I was able to get onto a call with someone to request a cancellation of the prime subscription (let’s not talk about the awful connection quality - I was truly straining so hard to hear despite asking the admittedly patient person on the phone to repeat themselves multiple times), I was told my membership would be cancelled. This was after being hounded with multiple opportunities to reconsider, and resubscribe, and what felt like dozens of hurdles before I could finally say just please cancel this I don’t want it. Anyway, it wasn’t even the solution I was looking for because my membership was extended by three months (for free, generously, even though I wasn’t going to use it), after which time I was assured the membership would be cancelled on their end.
I wake up this morning to yearly subscription fee having been charged to my account!
I am livid. This company make it as difficult as possible to unsubscribe, and then flat out lied to me when I went through the rigmarole of cancelling. I understand mistakes happen but I could not have been clearer about my desire to cancel the membership. Very disappointed. I’m steeling myself for another 45 minute phone conversation to try and find some solution.
Do not purchase eDreams prime if you just want to buy one cheap flight.

This whole website is a scam, they will charge you a “prime” membership without your consent which will be impossible to cancel cause their customer service is non existent

Booked two tickets with flexibility insurance and cancellation insurance.
The company rescheduled the flight so I tried to ring the costumer service many times to cancel the booking, no luck, waste of time. So I sent emails, the email address don’t work either. Such a shame, waste, this is robbery, stay away.
Cancel and reschedule was nightmare and scam

Edreams nothing more than a massive advertising platform
Have used it in the past, but now it’s just an upselling and advertising tool - and unstable as well!
Just tried to do an online check-in for a trip I’ve booked and after entering all of the ID details etc. it just came back with a short message that the process was unsuccessful and then goes straight back to more advertising!!! Nothing is stored or can be corrected - just a wast of time!
Never again will I use Edreams for bookings!
