Cannot login the app with my email not recognized or with a Canadian cell number. Everything in the website works fine but not the app

in typical incompetence fashion, prevents you from using the app because of an update while i'm the airport with bad connection

The app is lagging. If i click log in its redirecting me to register.

All steps in registering from step 1 to the last step were fine. All data was collected including passport scan and then when I clicked submit I got the message ‘sorry, your request cannot proceed’ or something like that. Essentially I am not officially registered but my data has been collected. I am now worried about my identity being kept in limbo and it might be stolen.

Overall ok

I received my GSIS APIR notification and was directed through Ph egov. So I registered at the new egov, did my APIR through GSIS’ facial authentication and voila! Done! Glad the government is using these new technologies now to make government transactions easier. Imagine if you had to do this the old way, you would need to brave the rain, traffic and long queues just to have your APIR done. Carmencita (Amy)
