They give you absolutely no real matches until you sign up for their subscription. Once you subscribe, you’ll have maybe 3 possibly people to actually match with. Then if you try and cancel your subscription they try and make you pay over $400. Complete scam. Don’t fall for it!

They sucker you into thinking that you can opt out, but in the end you UNKNOWINGLY sign up for a years USELESS subscription. AVOID!!!

Scammy company -subscribed for 4 days for what I thought was monthly recurring and it turns out it was a yearly payment - why on earth would we need a yearly subscription for a dating site , if I find someone in a month or week or whatever what benifit is there besides a discount price to pay for a year??? it makes zero sense and is scammy - they refused to change the subscription of the account. To monthly so basically robbing me , have used in past and had good experience but this is a scummy practice shameful all they throw out is policy this and that , I work in customer facing support there is ALWAYS. Wiggle room in policy’s to appease the customer especially for something as crazy as a yearly sub for a dating site…

Cannot use any functioned without paying for an unreasonably expensive fee. Cannot even see the profiles of people you could match with so you you have no idea what the dating pool is even like. Can't imagine other people would pay for this

$400+ for nothing. A ridiculously priced subscription for a site that barely has anyone on it unless you change your search to expand to the country. No proper refund policy. You pay upfront and given false promises. I could go on but there is no point in filling out a personality quiz if there is barely anyone else out there doing the same.

If I could rate 0 I would. First off you cannot view anyone’s photo without being a paid member. So right off the bat if you don’t pay up you’re going in blind. So guess what I did, I paid to see what it was all about. BIG mistake, because it turns out this site has so few suggestions and “matches” for me, a total of 4 people in my large city appear in my area. A city of 1.4mil citizens and you can only locate 4 to choose from?? And before you go suggest I change my filters… oh I did. I messed around with preferences and distance and guess what… the same 4 people show up. I’m not cool with paying $216.88CAD for 6 month membership (the smallest increment btw that must be paid on the spot) when the options I’m given are so few. So naturally I request a refund less than 24hrs prior to paying, as per their 3day cancellation policy. Guess what, that only applies to US citizens, everyone else gets the shaft. That’s fine I’ll be going to my credit company to dispute the charge, the BBB of Canada to investigate, and the privacy commissioner of Canada. Buyer beware, don’t give these criminals a cent. Uninstall immediately.

Well, all they care about is to lock you in. They do not have a trial period and they don’t have enough “matches” on their app. Those few ones are not even responsive which probably means they figured how useless this app is and have moved on and these guys are keeping those profiles up just to fool people like me. Just a waste of time. I asked them to cancel my account and subscription after one day and they declined no matter how I asked them. Now that I paid for the first month, I tried to use the app but nothing because there are not enough people using this app. I’m in one of the major cities in Canada and searched radius of 200km! Still nothing. I have already wrote them that they are no longer authorized to charge my credit card after this month and all they said is that I signed their contract. Like I said, all they care about is your money. If they do charge me again next month, which I’m expecting, I’ll let my bank know and will dispute it.

Match is better app than this. You have to continue scrolling down if you don’t want to remove the people you don’t match with. In general the app is not easy to use.

Worst app ever. No refunds, u are tied up and not many users. Wrote an email explaining that haven’t been working for me and would like to cancel subscription but they just cited that they do not refund as per their cancellation policy. This is worst dating app ever.
