I have been on this app for about two months. I have yet been able to connect to a real person. Let me clarify yea I have had “connections with multiple profiles” however a 100% of them have been scammers/bots/fake accounts. It seems the algorithm for this app “redirects” profiles that match my preferences. They follow a set script but once I state that I don’t use WhatsApp or telegram apps there is no more exchange of information. So in summary don’t waste your money here!!!

I entered my pass wrong ONCE and I got the “you failed to many log-in attempts” message. Absolute trash app.

I’ve been using the paid version of this app for six months, and my experience has been underwhelming. In that time, I’ve gone on maybe one or two dates, had fewer than five matches with what seem like genuine profiles, and encountered 37 fake profiles. If you’re considering this app because you think paying for a dating service means you’ll find people serious about relationships, think again—it’s not the case. The users here don’t seem any more committed to meaningful connections than those on free apps like Hinge. What sets this app apart, unfortunately, is the significantly smaller pool of people to choose from. My current matches include the same 10 individuals I’ve already decided aren’t a fit for me, and new potential matches are rare. This lack of variety is a stark contrast to free apps, where you often see new matches and opportunities daily. For reference, I’m in the Nashville market, which has no shortage of people. The problem isn’t the local population; it’s that very few people see value in paying for a dating app when free options offer a better experience. Save your money and stick with free dating apps—you’ll thank me later.

Expensive membership and poor matches , most of them doesn’t even are matches they just like same things as you wich means nothing , all the guys who contact me are really weird guys , finally I meet someone but he was an alcoholic person so I tried to cancel my membership , but I couldn’t do it even if I send a email, I don’t even use the app and they still charging money from my account for 6 months or until they want I don’t know

I’ve been an annual member for nearly 2 years. You definitely have the opportunity to meet people. None of my experiences really went anywhere past a few dates, but I don’t fault the app for that. Common interests & personality scores aren’t chemistry. Mainly though, it’s the amount of time that you waste weeding through scammers that is just so exhausting & depressing. I’m done. Join a class or club that interests you & meet real people.

Have to pay to see pictures and message matches.

Almost every single like is from a scammer. It’s absolutely a huge waste of money! Had low expectations but even those were too high.

Not sure if it’s a good app. Spent 20-30 minutes filling out the questionnaire just to find out that all of the pictures are blurred. I understand wanting your users to be engaged but that should have been up-front. A disclaimer like, hey you cant use this without paying would have been nice. I am serious about dating but I’m not paying $20+ a month to see pictures to then decide if it’s worth the money. It would make more sense to let people see the photos but charge them to message. This company is just interested in your money

If you want to do anything on the app you have to pay and it’s very expensive. After paying I was showed little to no one and I even updated preferences to see if that would provide more but still none. Waste of money.

What happened to the Eharmony that was all about finding that special someone that truly matched with you? I truly think they are just letting this app die. I first used Eharmony as a website in 2005, left it, came back around 2010. Then as an app from 2017 and I quit about 2019, then back again 2022, It hasn’t gotten much better since. I can’t believe in 2024 they still don’t require a photo on a profile or have photo verification. Even Tinder has this! In 2005 when it was on the web not an app and it was hard for people to upload a photo I can understand no photos. But it’s almost 2025 and everyone has a phone with a camera! It’s unbelievable and why there are so many scammers on here now. Pretty much every new match I get is a scammer who is blocked within a day. I’ve collected 10 in under a month. The last 3 even had similar names and some of the same photos! Whats sad is if they remove the scammers then no one would get any matches. So in a way they don’t want to remove them! The cost is ridiculous, they lock you into a year for a few hundred and the amount of matches are pitiful for the major metropolitan city I’m in. I read another reviewer say they employ over 200 people. Sure doesn’t seem like it, with all the scammers. All you need is some better coding and you could run it on 1/4 of that many people and a call center. I’ve been paying monthly for 2 years now and I’m done. @Eharmony I’m willing to pay for a quality product, but this is not it. Much better apps out there.
