This app is clunky, slow to respond, is missing obvious buttons and generally terrible!

This app is horrible. It crashes any time I try to open almost anything. I can’t even use this app because of it and I have to open in a browser in order to use this site, and even then the design is quite clunky and it’s difficult to find what you are looking for.

Most of the tabs don’t work, like the help tab, message tab, and checklist tab. There’s forms that aren’t available on the app & it directs you to do it on a computer but then those forms don’t even show up on the site from a computer. VERY frustrating!

I rather use the online website, anytime I click a tab it completely closes the app out. Super frustrating fix the bugs.

Best app in staying updated and getting into contact with my provider and team

Better off using the web based version. Cannot get anything done efficiently through the app as it constantly force closes and shuts down requiring me to sign in again.

Wish we could reply to a message and wish you could use Face ID to open the app! Would make it easier

You still have to go to the website to find things from the website. This app leaves off information that you can see from the website. Yet, it is good to check the email that the IVF team might send you.

Can’t do anything on the app. It just closes me out anytime I try to click on anything.

Glitches pretty frequently. I can’t access some items without it closing out and it doesn’t give me any notifications unless I look at the app itself.
