Absolutely terrible app. Dislike x1000. It’s sad that we pay thousands of dollars and this is the what we have to use. It never works, keeps logging me off and generally a pain to work with

I’ve opened every prescription and message on the app and it still won’t clear the red unread notification on the app thumbnail. Wish this could be resolved!!

The UI and UX on this app is terrible - like it was made in Microsoft word and then decided to Port these low res icons over to the app. Clients should really reconsider this vendor - they probably provide some security features but this app is seriously so poorly designed.

Terrible app. Doesn’t load properly, cannot enter information when needed. All around bad.

The app is connected to a service that people thousands of dollar on yet the app is not that great. As everyone else says it , I believe it’s an embarrassment

This app is actually an embarrassment . Paying thousands to have fertility treatments and this app is linked to our provider. Cannot print candy sign documents. It’s kind of pathetic. One star is on there cause u cannot give it 0

This app is not easy to use and it shows confusing information about the appointments. It’s also hard to navigate when trying to find instructions from the clinic. Please make it better.

So difficult to use confusing and hard to logon multiple devices.. it won’t work at all on my iPad.. wish ,y clinic would just call or email because this app and even online sign in us very difficult.. my fiancé also has to log on his own app.. which is crazy it should be one logon and one place for communication and direction VERY DISAPPOINTING WHEN WE PATIENTS PAY SO MUCH YOU EXPECT THE BEST! TEchnoloy is better then this!

This app doesn’t work. Can’t review or sign docs, can’t really do much with it.

The user interface could be updated for mobile phones. Portals are clear and uploads are simples. Easy way to keep all documents, appointments and checklists updated.
