Elan Credit Card

As a small business owner, I have a few cc. This is by far the absolute worst app for a cc ever! Accessing the system is painful, and once you are in, it’s not an easy navigation. It’s the most bare bones system ever and makes me wonder if this is poorly built because they are are low funded company or they just hire cheaply and don’t care about the customer experience

I love every single thing that this card offers I enjoy it tbh but the only thing is the app is out of date and need some makeover that’s it but other than that 5 stars for everything else 👍🏾

My wife and I LOVED “Elan” at first. Nice, quiet, and everyone was friendly. So we stopped using ELAN and we gave our honest review. ELAN didn’t like that and continues harass us years later. Classy.

Can never make this app work! Fix it already!

Until this app is fixed I am leaving my ELAN card in the drawer. Consider hiring someone away from the IT department at Chase, Capital One, CitiBank, Bank of Am or Amex. Their apps all work.

Worst credit card app I’ve used. Face ID doesn’t work despite being enabled, making me login with the password every time, which defeats the purpose of an app. It often won’t even open correctly unless I restart it. It often gives a popup asking me to add an authorized user or add it to PayPal, with no option to never show again, only a ‘later’ option that insures it will pop up again. (I have no one I want to share my card with, but there’s no way to get it to stop asking.) The app has always been bad, but now it’s practically unusable. For that reason I try to avoid using this card as much as possible.

Keep saying access restricted!! Why?!?!?

Can’t get my account to sync to what I use for my expense reporting software so I had to change my username and password 4 times cause everytime it times out I have to redo it again.

This app always wants you to enter your username and password even if you’ve enabled Face ID. I have four other bank apps that work just fine. I can’t rate it low enough.

Until this app is fixed, here’s a workaround. In Safari, go to myaccountaccess.com. Once you’re there on the login screen, hit the Share button at the bottom of the Safari screen, scroll down and choose Add to Home Screen. Now you have an icon on your phone that instead of loading this app, goes right to the credit card website where you can check your account balance, transactions, rewards, etc.
