Elgato Control Center

When I first got a Light Strip I set it up correctly following the manual, and it did work. Now the Control Center cant find the Light Strip and I tried everything. (Reset Light Strip, reset router/wifi, reinstalled the app, ect). So I guess the app just stopped working, it cannot find anything. 1 star, super bad app.

good luck using your phone to make this work. keep trying for more than 5 times before the app knows your hardware, even though you’re oncthe network, pc will figure out instantly, phones will take far more to understand, never use elgato app, useless, panasonic works right away, no questions asked.

App wont find keylight. And yes I tried resetting it multiple times and also tried the app on a different phone. Will resort to the desktop app tomorrow 😔

The app won’t work at all and won’t find the device no matter how many times I reset my internet, the lamp itself and the mobile. Please make this work soon. It’s frustrating as frick.

It does not work with Google wifi. Very frustrating have to sell it

I purchased the Elgato Key Light and used this app to control it with. Absolutely easy to use that even a caveman can figure it out! Simple on/off as well as ability to vary brightness and the cool/warm light. Will be purchasing for family for Christmas!

A very disappointing experience with an otherwise satisfactory product. A shame i’ve spent hundreds of dollars on lights and am unable to use them due to a malfunctioning application. Seems like an extreme oversight by Elgato, who I’ve previously been very happy with. The app fails to recognize the lights that have been connected and reconnected to the correct network. Utterly unintuitive and unreliable.

I have a Key Light and most of the time I need to reset it. Very unreliable. Constantly troubleshooting to see why the light disappears from the app. Why can’t we have physical controls on your lights rather than relying on trash software and Wi-Fi connection?

Doesn’t keep collection, useless, no updates

They used to work flawlessly. Came on immediately, turned off immediately. Now they only sometimes connect, sometimes will not go off, and minor brightness adjustments are tricky as the touch bar jumps around. Disappointed.
