Elgato Control Center

Cercate di risolvere perchè non trova più la lampada e non si riesce ad alzare la luce. Assurdo. Potevate semplicemente inserire un dispositivo bluetooth.

Ultimamente non mi riconosce più l’elgato key light

I’ve tried this so many times and it just isn’t reliable. It works off and on. Elgato products are good but software is very janky and unreliable.

The app and instructions are terrible. It can’t find my new light when I try to add it. What a waste of money.

A recent app update fixed the connection issues, so the app functions as expected.

Update: 2024-12-05 App works again! I didn’t do anything so either Elgato or my network equipment released a fix. Updating rating from 2->4. Holding off one five stars until I see how reliable things are. Original review: Before upgrading my networking equipment (unifi) the app would lose my key light air about 10% of the time. After upgrading to new access points (still unifi) no matter what I do (single AP with 2.4Ghz only ssid and no auto settings) control center cannot find the keylight. The keylight will connect to WiFi totally fine, it’s just control center that can’t find it. Be nice if we could enter an IP address manually.

The app compliments the simplicity of styling. I am so thankful for this feature.

Reset, reset and reset… every single time…

This app has great cohesive design language and is a snap to use as soon as the devices connect but that’s the thing, Elgato Lights need this app to work with all their features unless there’s a remote or in the case of the mini on-device controls. But out of the box this app is required. For that reason I wish Elgato lights worked with HomeKit & the Home app for easier use and automation. This app doesn’t utilize automation which would make it perfect for me if the temperature of the lights could change with the time of day or if I could simply tell Siri to turn them on. I’m not sure if all that is a hardware level issue but the app works well to change the lights and turn them off and on.

Constantly needs to be reset and reconnected to my iPhone. I have multiple lights and cannot create zones. Needs work. It should be an seamless experience .
