Fix the bug!
Version 5.5.1 is not working at all because of the screen that says “Enable the notifications”! You can’t even skip this screen and what if I don’t need the notifications at all? Fix the bug asap please

Most of the offers are not working, or not working in ur area, plus online card payment never works. Better to call a restaurant!

Very bad customer service
They Cancel on their own
Worst application ever They Cancel Orders on their own and they make unprofessional excuses for the cancelation . They canceled an order yesterday from Abu Mazen and they kept telling me that they delivery guy left the shift and they dont have any other one to deliver . Unprofessional

Crashing and Limited Functionality
App crashes as soon as it opens. If you manage to make it past the first 20 seconds, it stops working and freezes. Also delivery times are exaggerated. A restaurant 10mins from my apartment shows 90mins delivery time
لا توجد خدمة عملاء و لا موثوقيه
لا يتحملون مشكلة التأخير و التطبيق جدا سيء بعد الطلب يدخلوا مرحلة التحضير و ممكن تفضل فيها ساعتين علشان لا تستطيع الغاء الطلب
Horrible (Delivery time and customer service)
I ordered from Gad (which is also horrible as well) through the app, it said order arrives within 45 min it took over 1 hour and 37 minutes, courier calls he told me he had other orders to deliver along the way!! WHAT THE HELL?! Am i really supposed to eat cold delayed food? Customer service so hard to reach when the app made the order “delivered” when i never received it!!!!! Called the restaurant they said they can’t help. Deleting my account and ordering from Talabat or Mrsool next time but never ever from here!!
