Bad application
Very bad application. Didn’t respect the customers. Calling you from fake numbers and you can’t reach them . Very bad experience. Not recommended at all .

Food is rarely on time. Customer service is useless. I paid with my card for the order. Got charged. Food didn’t arrive. Tracking stopped. The app marked that I got my food. There is no option to ask for help. This used to be a decent app, but not anymore

قمة الفشل انك تسلمني لمطعم بيوصل من خلاله واتعب واعمل الاوردر وفي الاخر تقولي مش هنقدر نوصل ab
تأخير غير مقبول
اول مره أطلب من التطبيق و التأخير غير مقبول مع ان المطعم يبعد ٥ دقايق من البيت

ولا ليه اي لزمة ، تقريبا كل المطاعم فيه مش بيوصل لحى الجامعه
