Unable to add anything to my cart

Saw the reviews about it the app and figured it was fixed by now. Kept trying to add to cart and getting “oops try again” error. Lost a sale due to app needing work.

You can no longer purchase items through the app. Also, there are issues with using Apple Pay. Anything back ordered will not be able to get charged when it ships and customer service knows nothing about how to fix or even see the issues. Forget about ordering a gift card you will never get it and it will take forever to get the issue resolved to get your money back. Too bad Eloquii I was a long time customer but since you’ve been bought out the quality and service is just not up to par.

I’ve been shopping through this app for a long time and, I have to say, it is SOOO MUCH BETTER now. It’s obvious there was a major update made. Super simple & super clean. Definitely easy on the eyes now

The App keeps giving me a error code! I have updated more than once and the same issue arises. This is so annoying!!!

Use to shop exclusively from the app but since the last buy out, the app constantly has issues. By the far the worst retail app I’ve encountered. Cant add to cart, can’t navigate pages, can’t check out my cart. Constant crashing. Goes on for weeks at a time. Truly embarrassing, especially given the consumer market they’re trying to reach.

I cannot add any item to the cart. I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall, the problem persists. Every time I try to add something it says “Oops, try again”

I have been a customer since 2 years now but the app now seems unstable. I have been trying to checkout since many days but it keeps on failing, even after re-installing app again Iam not able to checkout.

This app is trash. I have 19 items in a bag that I cannot open. Tried ordering an item that shows available online and when I click on the size it states that the item is not available. Please fix this issue ASAP. I have been a customer for years and I am so disappointed that I can’t make an order.

The app needs serious work. Started off working fine and now I can’t add anything to my cart to buy anything. I keep getting an Oops try again message. If you have to go online to shop it defeats the purpose of having an app.
