Madewell

The app constantly crashes and freezes.

For being such a “well-made” clothing brand, this app is the opposite. It’s buggy, constantly refreshes and loses my place in scrolling, freezes, the add to cart button sometimes doesn’t load. Sometimes it won’t add an item to my favorites. It’s probably the worst clothing app I’ve used (besides Zara’s terrible, confusing UI).

I’m a big fan of shopping at Madewell! I find it easier to shop on the website as the app often has glitches.

I have made several purchases over the last couple of months on the Madewell app that never go through. I thought it was user error but now have started taking screenshots of the “thank you for your order” screen that apparently never goes through. Super annoying and unreliable shopping experience.

Love the clothes though!

I constantly have issues with the app not loading. It will let me see the main menu pages but I cannot see any items on the shop pages. Super frustrating.

There is no way this app is rated 4.8. It's slow. Its logs you off constantly. And literally every time I try to buy something, it's out of stock. If it's out of stock, I don't want to see it as an option. And of course once the "sale" is over they're restocked. I'm soon to delete.

This app is so slow. When I purchase something the item still stays in my cart so I dont know if the purchase even went through or not. Needs so much improvement, I’m surprised it hasn’t been improved yet.

The clothes they sell are incredibly well cut and a vast variety of colors I love. Casual yet well put together and super comfortable. CMZ
