The instructions for connecting the litter box to the app do not work. I have followed all instructions and the blinking light will not appear. I’ve synced a lot of WiFi/bluetooth products to their apps with no problems. This is the only product that either will not work, or has badly written instructions.

Hi, I have recently bought the elspet letterbox, I think it’s a fabulous device, I have one British shorthaired, lilac Persian, and his son seems to love it really well. The letterbox works exceptionally well, I have no problems with it, I suppose the only problem I would have is the app, I feel the app is not at all accessible for anyone blind, There is no labels on the buttons, and basically I am unable to tell whether the cat litter needs cleaned or what, it’s basically useless the app, I really would love, if the developer of this application, would do a little work, I have so many friends with cats, that would love advice like this, it’s very hard cleaning out a little box when ever you are unable to see. This takes away a lot of hardship, please please please developer please do something with your app.

Not a good product, only had a few month but not working very well. Most important thing is there is no customer support, no reply to emails. For the price I expected more. Dont buy

Good product.

It does work and does the job. I think the bin could be bigger, as it only last me 3-4 days for one kitten. Quite often Something is getting stuck when emptying the bin, so every time after taking the bin out I have to run the machine to make sure it is working. It does not notify when the bin is full. It is quite bulky design, if think it could be slimmer at the sides, I had problems getting it in under the stairs cupboard.

I have had the els pet litter box for a few months now, and I love it. It’s absolutely amazing. I have 3 cats, and have to change the bag every 2-3 days depending on how froggy everyone is feeling, but it’s awesome. It’s basically a fresh box every time they go so they don’t need to find an alternative spot. I got rid of my other litter boxes aside from the one in the catio. 😃

This is the most frustrating app!! There’s no user guide or instructions on how to use .The FAQs available are all network related or have generic answers sending you somewhere else. On nothing but good looks and winning personality to guide me, I have found It’s impossible to understand the verbiage, customize settings and create routines. What does one possibly do when it is awaiting caking? Who knows?

Trying to connect my new litter box app and it won’t connect. It keeps saying change my Wi-Fi to 2.4 GHz. There’s no way to change the gigahertz. Why should I have to change from 5G. Your app should be able to connect with 5G, because it is very common to have 5G. Tried to get help, and of course, there is no way to get help from a human being at all. This should not be so difficult. You need to update this app!
