First, you need to keep on login almost every time you open the app. I launched twice today and i never closed it completely (running in the background) and it will still ask each and every time for your username and password. Once opened, the app is poorly designed and unfortunately as terrible as the service in their store. Funny story: when i bought my iphone, the lady in the store told me « no insurance on the phone but the software - iOS - is insured :)

In this day and age one would expect fully functional app from a retailer. App does not allow sorting by price...

I wouldn’t even give 1star to this app or their website .Doesn’t work being a Emax pride member I can’t you use my points to make purchases online through the app but have to log on to their web site ,apparently which freezes on checkout .Tried to resolve the problem several times and even tried to get a refund but to no avail.Better try Jumbo or Sharaf dg which don’t fill you with false promos.

Search function does not work at all, difficult to use. Would rather shop elsewhere that wade through this app.

Its very annoying i want to order something and its not letting me login to my account.

App is very slow and full of bugs, not properly lets u sign in. The service for return is also painstakingly bad. Needs a looooot of time for this app to compete with its competitors. No offense Cheers

This is not the landmark group it used to be earlier The order gets delayed by atleast 2 days everytime I order. Buy from Amazon if you want your orders in time skip this app.

One of the worst app I have ever experienced. It took me more than half an hour to just select the area while adding address, there is no option to type the area you have to scroll down the list which is annoying as it automatically goes to top or bottom then you have to repeat and repeat. I regret to waste my half an hour on this app

I ordered some printer inks and it's been five days and my order has not been delivered yet??? This app and their service is so pathetic!! Plus, their help desk is the worst in UAE. They keep on telling ypu they will get back to you but they never do it. They are not able to return back my money on the item that is not available!!!!

My washing machine is not working well since 2 weeks, technician came and didn’t fix it, for the last 10 days and only false promises to visit and fix the machine and no one come, this is very disappointing and shame.
