I registered this stupid app and I can’t even login

Great work and happy to see Nigeria is joining on the blockchain tech adoption but access to blockchain technology should not be overly complicated. This one is! The overall architecture of this solution needs to be revisited and improved asap otherwise adoption will not happen at the anticipated rate. The current process is convoluted, overly complicated and limiting. Here is some feedback for the developers: 1)Registration Integration into third-party services should be used for ocular verification purposes only. For E.g when a user keys in their bank account and BVN, the system should validate user info and display relevant data on the screen for the user to confirm. 2)Wallet Creation: There is no need to link a wallet to a physical bank account and creating a wallet should not require any form of authentication. That alone places a lot of burden on the user and asking for your bank registration email address is a no-no. These are Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and permits the identity of an individual to whom the information applies. However, a feature that allows the user to recover their credentials or keys would be useful. Please drop the email-use as the unique identifier. 3)Uniqueness The idea of creating a single wallet by email address is a total catastrophe. Users use the same email address across multiple banking platforms making it impossible for a user banking with more than one bank with the same email address to create wallets for each bank account. With the current design, users will have to first change their email addresses across all banks. I’m sorry this is just bad :( 4)Security risk: The current authentication mechanism on banking platforms requires one to physically key their eNaira username and password to link their wallet. While it’s safe to say we can trust our banks, this is still a security risk and should rather use things like push notifications or tokens or API secrets & keys for bank-wallet integration. The purpose of a bank to wallet integration should only be to validate user credentials before transacting on the blockchain network. GENERAL FEEDBACK AND PROPOSED REDESIGN: A better use case: Imagine downloading the eNaira wallet and creating a unique key in a matter of seconds using random words, in a particular order that one just has to remember to recover their account, sound familiar? I tried to create an account but didn't get the passcode through my BVN email address. With the new onboarding procedure, I tried again; this time, I got “contact customer support. Too many attempts on your BVN.” Who is customer support? How do I reach them? I got no forwarding contact address for customer support. We can and should be better.
