Why do I have to accept terms and conditions every time I open the app in the new update?

Can you does something regarding effective management of the beneficiaries to one's account? Deletion is so much of an issue because right after you get the secret question right an error props up. Well, I'm not even sure this matters considering reviews from other customers with no single feedback from the organization/developers.

Why is the Virtual Card not loading? This is so frustrating.

Terrible- fails too often. It gets stuck on a page with no option to refresh. Developers, what’s the solution?

I really hate to give bad reviews but first bank is worse. I’ve never experienced an app this frustrating in my life before. Is it so hard to get a better upgrade for you App or An App Designer? The app has no security and always acting up. I’m unable to pick an account from my beneficiary because it gets stuck on looking for account, like the account you’re looking for is right there. No security on the app in 2023. If card is stolen or lost, I can’t log into my mobile app to put a block or request for a new card automatically in 2023? Y’all should rename your bank to Last bank instead of First because y’all don’t deserve that title at all. Getting the same reviews and complains for over 4 years and y’all don’t care is beyond me at this point. What’s the point of reviews when y’all don’t even listen to your customers?

The App is too sluggish. Mostly stucked at the stage of “looking for account”.

Worst banking app ever. I forbid this bank. Retrieve my 200k failed transaction

The app is buggy, lots of failed transactions, user interface is poorly designed with limited features compared to other banks. I can’t believe this is what the almighty First Bank has to offer. All round bad!

It has never been good idea when using the mobile app for transactions,it will frustrate you at the last minute.

Please why can’t do transfer through out yesterday and also I still have a leader balance of 10.000$ can you help me fix this out?
