I have never been able to access the app as it doesn't send an SMS verification to allow me to login. It doesn’t appear to recognise my UK mobile number, with or without a zero at the front.

It is weeks before data on consumption appears. Useless for monitoring and budgeting purposes.

Registering the app does not allow UK mobile numbers, although country is in the list the mobile number is limited to 2 digits less than a U.K. mobile number.

I am struggling to enter an English telephone number on the app. It does not accept the format? It does not say what format it should be in?

Despite contacting both support and Endesa knowone seems to be able to change a simple setting that allows those with a UK mobile number to set up the app. Why is that so difficult and why doesn’t anyone reply? Have emailed and called and nothing

Great app for a second home owner. Had been unable to log in after an earlier update but glad to say the latest update sorted this

The app no longer has secure msg and neither can I access payment method change or contract details. Endesa agree there are technical login problems

App used to work (slowly). The last two updates have rendered it useless. Cannot login, just whirls endlessly.
