“Submit” button for sending code for two factor authentication is off the screen on my iPhone 12pro, and I was unable to scroll to use it. Don’t know if it is a feature on my older phone that is not compatible, but it is frustrating! Thankfully I could log in on my laptop.

When i login it just loads a blank screen. i cannot access anything on the mobile app. Is not good for work for company. I ask my manager he can’t solve the problem including IT team.

I have had this App for over a year give or take for work. It just stopped working... goes blank and no one and I do mean no one can figure out what's wrong with it. So annoying having someone clock you in and out each time!!

Doesn't load after login

First of all, let me say that it is mandatory to use this app. The mobile version of this website is no longer available. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use this app. When setting up a new device, you are required to enter login code and name the device. Then you have to click the login button. Unfortunately, you cannot click the login button. It appears below the bottom of the visible area, and if you attempt to scroll down to click it, it instead whips the view back to the top where are the login button cannot be seen again, and will not let you click the button along the way. Thus you cannot log in and the app cannot be used.

I am unable to add my direct deposit account. There literally is no button to add a bank account. What the heck am I supposed to do?

I can’t seem to log in anymore and can’t figure out how to connect with Administrator for help
