App is just to say that we have an app
I have just switched from Greenchoice and the difference in the apps is colossal. Seems like Essent don’t really care about their app, when for me personally that’s the most preferable way of interacting with the energy provider. Cons: •No English available! •Consumption graphics are very inconvenient, hard to interact, sometimes just not available. Does not show daily consumption in eur. •I understand it’s a company colour, but pink background for the graphs, really? Stop torturing ppls eyes please. •the smallest timeframe is 1 day, whether slimme meter sent updates every 15 minutes. Cmon why would you do the app with such poor functionality. Ppl have smart homes nowadays and the energy consumption integration is smth that I really want to have, especially when I already had it from the previous provider.
