Cannot purchase or book anything. Impossible to redeem miles. No way to get support. The chat option does not address your actual questions but provides random, irrelevant information. Complete waste of time

1. Can’t use Face ID to log-in (each time I go through the e process, I come back to having to input my password anyway) 2. Can’t access my Guest number without WiFi access (isn’t the whole point so that I can give the number to the check-in agent) 3. Can’t find the number to call Etihad Guest (bought a ticket with miles and cash… regular customer service can’t help me… they also can’t transfer me… oh, I’ll get the number from the app just like Etihad app… nope!) 4. Complete joke that all of the features are actual a webpage, so you need to log-in AGAIN (didn’t I just do that to use this app) and get another OTP from your email (why does it use Face ID to use the app) This and Etihad’s main app are completely useless and a joke I would give 0 if it were an option … got fed up trying to tell the Customer Service reps about this problem, but Etihad doesn’t want REAL feedback so they prevent their agents from creating a ticket or register a complaint or raise something to their supervisor (told to me by 4 different agents over the past 6 months) My first app review in 5 years… all because of how bad these apps are. Go look at Air Canada’s app to see how it’s done.

It’s asking me to update, but when I click update on the app it brings me to the App Store and doesn’t give the option to update. Only says “Open” the app again. I can’t access the app at all because of this.

I JUST downloaded the app from the App Store. It is the most up to date version. Every time I launch the app, I am asked to update it to the most recent version. I did try the link and it just brings me back to the app’s page on the App Store. No wonder all the reviews are 2 and 3 stars. Too bad I can’t even use it!

When this app was launched it was excellent, but with each update the errors kept increasing. And now with the latest update I can’t get past the card registration phase keeps saying duplication error...

Please improve it make it easier

This app s worst , I am using this app from past many years but every time I end up landing in trouble for booking or upgrade , my worst experience

Application is not working , when you insert your credentials it brings you back to login window again

Every time I open the app I hate myself for trying to use the app. Every company has a website and an app. Using the app is way easier than the website, but not with Etihad the website works much better than the app and they never try to fix the issues. I think they care about their image more than the customers.

Worst loyalty program in the world, no miles value.
