Please improve it make it easier

This app s worst , I am using this app from past many years but every time I end up landing in trouble for booking or upgrade , my worst experience

Application is not working , when you insert your credentials it brings you back to login window again

Every time I open the app I hate myself for trying to use the app. Every company has a website and an app. Using the app is way easier than the website, but not with Etihad the website works much better than the app and they never try to fix the issues. I think they care about their image more than the customers.

The app was one of the best app but after the last update it not working like before the notification is not showing the history and each time I need to resign in with my account details

The view is not compatible with iPhone 15 , I can’t see the end of the screen can’t click on continue button because it’s down and not clickable and can’t go past few questions in the online chat cause I can’t go down.

Booking a ticket on Chrome or edge is virtually impossible- every time I click pay the page hangs. I figured if do it through the app it would easier.. wasn’t able to log in 😂

For the past year, every update of the app removed “login preferences", meaning that it doesn’t save the preferences of logging in with PIN code or Face ID. So I have to type in full email address and password when I want to use the app. I have changed and saved the login preference to use PIN and Face ID many times - it works a few times and then loses the setting again permanently. Why can you not fix this..?
