I am being attacked by some kind of scammers on your website and asked to transfer money to them!!! Why are you letting them do this? This is a week since I registered, this is the result.

Etsy verified my is and bank account - so they were taking money for my publications(I registered as seller). But with the first purchase they suddenly couldn’t verify my id anymore and the put my store on holiday mode. It’s impossible to reach their support team (by email or form on the web-site). They simple don’t reply. Tried to email them - no response in 10 days… Will close my shop there

The new app is so slow. It’s not convenient. It doesn’t show the orders how I want

I can't say that I like this updated app. the old version worked better. while many points work worse than in the previous version. I do not see some of the functions that were previously available. now I can do part of the work only from my computer. because, for example, now from my phone in the application I can’t do such simple things as send a discount code in a message to my customer. I hope that soon the developers of this application can improve the weak points and really improve the application according to user requests

Переехала в Австралию имею австралийский банковский счет. И что вы думаете? Я не могу создать магазин. Я регистрирую почту и не могу войти в Etsy аккаунт. Он мне выдаёт информацию, что я нахожусь в России. А по факту я уже 2 месяца в Австралии!!! До поддержки невозможно достучаться!!! На почту приходит автоматический шаблон, а как мне разжаловать и подать апелляцию?? Я в шоке. Ваша проблема - платежи. Так я могу принимать любые платежи на PayPal. Как мне быть?? Куда писать??
