Quite a good app, useful, exact and easy to use

It does not allow you to reserve your train via app. It should all be done through individual train website or either the eurail website. However, the app is not automatically linked to your train ticket that search+plan trip should be done SEPARATELY to activate the travel date to get QR code which is regularly required. Overall, from reserving to using, the process is absolutely horrendous. The insruction that you see on the app is nowhere near enough and even causing confusion, several hours of googling is recommended. What is the point of making Eurail/Interail app if its not connected with reservations? To add more, the website is also quite pathetic.

When I try to show my ticket to the train crew, the "show ticket" suddenly disappears. It barely shows up after turning on and off the app several times. I bought it for over $1,000 and I'm suspected of getting on a fraudulent ride every time.

This app is designed by an absolute muppet. The app is hard to use because of its unintuitive design. Not to mention, it fails to do the one thing it is designed for : to help travelers and pass holders plan and carry out their journey. Here’s a good example: the seat reservations you make (mind you, reservations are a separate purchase and are absolutely required for inter-state travel) using their own website doesnt even show up on this app. It just doesn’t, and no reason is given for this big problem, so travelers are to assume that eurail just hates their customers. Make life miserable for the pass users. For those wondering if the pass is worth your money: it is not. Buying the eurail pass was absolutely not worth it. Hidden reservation fees alone! And also the train from London to Paris was fully booked for two months, meaning we couldn’t even use the pass and had to take the plane. Value for the price aside, the seat reservation issue (of not bing linked to the tail planner app) needs to be fixed.

I already cancel my trip but it didnt work and It just payed by it self so I lose a lot of money I dont understand this app
