큐알 코드 오류
열차에서 패스권 큐알로 받아서 잘 찍다가 갑자기 열차 타서 패스권 보여주려니까 지멋대로 로그아웃 됨 그래서 다급하게 패스권 번호 찾아서 열차 직원 재촉하는 앞에서 허겁지거 당황하면서 패스 다시 등록함 진짜 최악

Absoluetely the WORST UX APP
First of all, as to making reservation of apps for the specific countries rail, it directs users to browser and it’s very hard to do so on mobile. Second of all, it requires users to do a lot of work to activate the pass and SO COMPLICATED to add a journey and actually travel with the QR code. For example, if you fail to activate the QR code before boarding (but it happens because of the horrible european wifi), YOU WOULD BE CHARED. For me, I got charged 50euro for this. Adding a journey and you need to toggle it, which is the ACTUAL ACTIVATION Finally, the app dsnt have real time schedule, if the train gets delay, you cant the information and you couldnt do anything but waiting. If I get the information by asking around in the train station, what’s the point of the app? The worst ever!!
time calculation is not valid in amerca and asia
your app has a bug of time table. if I reserve a train, then it is displayed another day. It may be conflicted about local time and UTC for day calculation. so I cannot reserve in my country. because of day calculation bug.

진짜 구림 플레너 연동도 잘 안 되고 지 혼자 없어지고 안 보이고 제발 업데이트 좀 제대로 해아

다른사람 안드로이드폰에는 필수좌석예약구간 표시가 뜨는데 왜 제 폰은 표시가 안뜨죠? 제꺼만 보고 그냥 넘어갈뻔했네요... 오류 수정해주세요.
