EV Connect

I've used these about 6 times now and all but once they've worked seamlessly. Last time 2 school buses were charging-thank goodness there were 2 chargers left. Bathrooms & convenience store on premises. 11 miles from 19 so 22 miles out of your way but nothing else you can do. At least they're fast!!

Out of the 15 times I’ve used it so far I had to call them 7 times. Cause of a software issue. But I was able to charge every time. And the issues are mostly resolved after the phone call. Many successful chargers in reasonable time. I just get tired of calling sometimes. Nothing is perfect. Friendly people. Polite and courteous. Only once was a long wait time. 24 hour representatives. 👍🏾

Have never gotten a fast connection. Machines almost always down.
