The concept is good, but the app is poor, and the management is even worse.
I used the app for quite a while, and while I think the idea is great, the experience was disappointing. The customer care team did not respond to my inquiries multiple times, and I had to call them to unlock the car. On one occasion, it took them over an hour to assist me! Additionally, there was a time when I couldn't access the car despite having an ongoing rental because it was parked in another apartment building. Although a representative from the app told me it was okay to rent that car, the building manager refused to let me take it. Which lead me to delete my account with them!
Hotel 1000 Seattle
Trying to use this at the Hotel 1000. App doesn’t work. Emailed support twice. Still no reply.
Location not even listed in app
Saw signage at The Landing apartments for this service, but app doesn’t even have this location listed. Tesla rental sounds like a good idea but the app is so bad.
Awesome app
This app is great and it’s so easy to grab a Tesla when you need it. Super cool and easy service. I love it
good idea, poor execution
takes forever to get verified so don’t count on it for an upcoming trip unless you plan far ahead
app is incredibly buggy and not really something to rely on for managing a car rental where your personal liability risk is already so high
Amazing service
Amazing service app works flawlessly. So much cheaper that Uber or Lyft. Love driving a Tesla.
$25 for an hour is not a deal

I had to upload my drivers license input a credit card to see their pricing only to learn that their prices are ridiculous. Also unable to book a car in advance. It’s only a book now option. What a waste of time.

English hotel Teslas
I had an excellent experience using the Tesla option at the English Hotel in Vegas. I personally feel that for the amazing convenience the price is very good. Highly recommend especially if you’re using for a few hours. Easier and quicker than any other rental I’ve dealt with.
