I had an excellent experience using the Tesla option at the English Hotel in Vegas. I personally feel that for the amazing convenience the price is very good. Highly recommend especially if you’re using for a few hours. Easier and quicker than any other rental I’ve dealt with.

Maybe it’s just bad timing over all for the economy but I’m just not feeling 25 for the first hour deal. A quick run to store using your service is easily 50 when Uber can do it cheaper and I don’t have to drive. I get you guys need to make money but it seems a little predatory seeing that the app freezes and you can’t park in any underground structures to be charging a premium that high.

I have used this app for a few months now and literally every single time the app just gets stuck in the middle of unlocking or submitting the photos. I use the car a lot to drive friends and family to the airport, so it’s UNACCEPTABLE that when I need to unlock it the app gets stuck. I even deleted the app and logged in again to reset it, still doesn’t work. New install I say, how is it that it’s so buggy that it can’t even unlock a car?? I’m techy so I know what I’m doing, we tried even tried different phones and it’s just the same. Abosulutely disappointed, my girlfriend now have to take Uber after 30 mins of frustration and such a waste of time. Don’t use this until they fix the app.

This service is great and super convenient. However, this app is extremely glitchy which is a problem when the app is needed to turn on the car, start and stop rides, etc. It’s disappointing because I like using the service but the issues with the app makes it unreliable and way less valuable.

They have in my apartment building these teslas for rent. Customer service is great and app is easy to use.

My app just doesn’t work

This app is super easy to use and fast to sign up and get in the Tesla. Love having it in my building for the convenience and accessibility. Cars are always clean and ready to drive!

EV mobility comes in handy if you want to rent a Tesla either for a joy ride and just get the feel of a Tesla or to run errands. Can’t wait to see when they come with a full day rental price.
