My city has failed to use their feed to publish emergency information on this app for multiple, city-wide emergencies. And now I see why. This app is wholly unusable, and for the 3 features it has, it’s still buggy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Says to enter your employer, university, zip code or where you live. I’m retired so no employer or university, live in Canada so no zip code, tried where I live and app doesn’t find any match for Toronto, so as I said in the subject line, pretty much useless.

Can’t login, terrible web service. Want to unsubscribe and can’t. Developers should check their work for bugs

This update forgot my subscription and won’t send a verification code to my phone.

All options are on even critical alert in case it was muted which was the case and it never made any sound. The alert came also as critical, not clue why it didn’t sound.

Does not work

Will not open, you click on it and it opens then closes immediately, used to work but guess an update changed this

Just did the latest update (April 21, 2022). Now the app won’t open. We’ll done on the fixes.

App doesn’t recognize Canadian postal codes and I don’t want to register my employer. Asked to have code sent multiple times and none was ever sent. I’m deleting this app.

Went through the process of registering and there is a glitch that won’t let me sign up. It keeps saying my email is not valid. I use a gmail account.
