Was told by a city police officer to get this so I could have warning and updates. Worked great for a while now nothing.

Do I really need to REMEMBER another username and password in my life ...for an alert system ??? Now I cannot deactivate ! 😡

Would love to just sign in with phone number two factor authentication. Garcia’s

You open the app and once you figure out how to even login it asks if you want to change your data and then bumped you back to a window that doesn’t give you any information at all.

I've resigned myself to accepting notifications from emergency apps, but have NEVER heard of one that says something like, "Don't swipe to close, leave this app open," which is what this app says. Ugh. The county emergency manager suggested that I remove the app if I don't like that. (I did.) Wait, there's more.(I get my alerts from a different Everbridge service now), The system, at least as it's set up my my county, sends alerts that don't affect me and is silent about alerts that do. For example,I get informed about High Winds at the coast, 80 miles away. Don't need that, especially at 2 AM. But nothing about the Winter Storm Warning currently in my area.

I want to change my service to two counties away. It let me change my address, but it wouldn’t let me change which services alerted me. It told me that to make that change, I needed to login. When I tried to login (again) it told me I was already logged in. And I couldn’t get out of that loop. I also couldn’t contact customer service because that link didn’t exist.

When I go to type in my phone number, the number screen won’t remove so that I can click verify my phone number. Kind of makes the app useless.

The application is broken and doesn’t work

I can’t see any reason to download. Every review in the past year says the app is terrible.
