They are not upfront about their costs. I was told it would be $10 a month for unlimited car washes, so I signed up… the first month was $10 after that it was $30 a month. I didn’t realized for 3 months. Just untruthful, dirty liars. Won’t do it again. Never gave me paperwork or anything else… I know I should have asked for more. But…. These people are the reason you can’t trust people
I love everything about this car wash and the convenience of paying for unlimited washes. My only complaint is since winter my truck has a film on it after the wash ☹️
I have found that it depends on who’s doing the washing on any specific day as to whether you get a good job or not. On several occasions, I was given the wrong service when I paid for the works. Or they would forget to turn on the hot wax. Or even clean the wheels, sometimes there would be spots that were missed on the car entirely. You’re supposed to get free vacuuming when you’re a monthly customer half the time they didn’t even have the coins that you need to do it. So overall, I give them three stars.
So far it’s great a clean car ALL the time 👍

Worst car wash app ever Charged for service but no service EverWash app is a scam too you pay them for monthly service and car wash is closed. They don’t even wipe down your car best bet is go to hand car wash where they actually use their hands and pay car wash directly not this scammy app.

Terrible app,typical thieves, they don’t tell you that its a automatic pay if you cancel they charge you for the next month and when you ask for a refund they deny you. Be careful don’t ever use them!!!
When I am able to access the service I am totally pleased with my service. My concern is often your computer service is either off or down and as a result I can not access a bay with my iPhone. Along with that there usually is no employee there to assist me. This needs to be corrected, if not I am considering other businesses.
