EveryPlate: Cooking Simplified

Fake app. I ordered Pre cooked meal preps, but they have sent me raw vegetables, ingredients, sauces instead of meal preps. I lost my money in this app for ingredients and raw materials which are easily available at markets for a cheaper price

Can we taste here?

I keep getting late deliveries and canceled weeks from EveryPlate and HelloFresh. It’s gotten worse over the years. You get a refund, but you plan on using a service that gets cancelled. So now you need to last minute run to the grocery store for the week.

In every box I’ve received produce shows up damaged or on the verge of going bad and I’ve consistently had to replace the tomatoes and peppers. I haven’t received a single box on time either which is irritating when trying to plan meals for the week. I really want to like this service as it’s cheaper than hello fresh but so far it’s been disappointing. The recipes are good though so if timing/ replacing produce doesn’t matter you, it’s pretty good.

We have been using Every Plate for about a year and half. It has saved us so much time, money and hassle. The food is always amazing. We have never been disappointed. It has helped with portion control, as well as allowing us to try foods we would have never tried before.

I accidentally ordered something off of here without realizing just getting the screen of seeing how much it would cost makes you automatically assigned to receive meals even if you never consent to the charge. Customer service said they would issue me a refund but didn’t so I tried to dispute it and they falsely said that I made the purchase myself when I didn’t. Won’t ever use them again!!

I have been getting EveryPlate for almost 2 yrs now. Thoroughly enjoyed it at first because of the abundance of choices. Now every meal has extra charges added on and my choices are very limited. Really getting burned out on the same meals every week. Thinking of switching over to another meal plan.

The app freezes, can’t use the live chat, have to screenshot just to call someone to talk to. Terrible company and app!

I wish there where different meals instead of the same old thing. There’s always things missing from my box. I do love the customer service they are extremely nice and times my box comes smash they are always willing to help. The meals are good sometimes you want to put your own spin on it to make it even better. This has saved my family a lot of money. we were wasting so much food it was just ridiculous because we never knew what to cook this everyplate kind of forces you to cook.

You can’t deactivate your account on the app. That’s it. Oh, also Customer Service is absolutely terrible. Use the free boxes and deactivate your account on the website. Then use a different phone number and email for another select amount of free boxes. Rinse and Repeat.
