App and website don't vibe
I signed up online and made my purchase. When I went to use the app, it tried to get me to sign up and pay all over again. There was no option to get into my account from via the app. Am I missing something?

I signed up online and made my purchase. When I went to use the app, it tried to get me to sign up and pay all over again. There was no option to get into my account from via the app. Am I missing something?
My delivery didnt come twice of my last 4 orders.. i’m now reluctant to order because I need a dependable service. I’m counting on that delivery for dinner.. I just signed up for Dinnerly and Hello Fresh
Meals are tasty and easy. Keeps us from buying things we don’t need!
Typical toxic corporate behavior. Despite being able to otherwise entirely manage your account through the app, you cannot cancel your subscription for obviously obnoxious reasons.
I have not been disappointed yet! Every recipe is delicious!! The only way this could be better is with a chef!!!
I’ve ordered 34 boxes & every single one has had something wrong with it. The packaging has gotten worse & worse over time. Missing ingredients, smashed or rotten ingredients, & just general delivery issues. Will be canceling.
It seems like it’s the same meals and if there is new ones it cost more. I live on a budget so can’t afford to pay more so can’t even get some of the real good meals.
I was hesitant to try anyway other than my local grocery for meal planning, but this has gone well beyond my expectations!! The food is fresh, plentiful and tastes better than most food at an expensive restaurant. I have also saved around $2000 in the last nine weeks that I have been using Every Plate on eating out and wasteful grocery trips. All I do now is pick up milk, bread and a few staples and the rest is in my box every week. I also have enough leftovers to eat them for lunch at work the next day! It takes a little adjusting to use all the food in your box each week, but I developed a box rotation with a spice box, potato and onion box and other non-refrigeration item box for the things I didn’t use Monday through Friday and then use those left over for the weekend meals. You can skip a week if you have to, but it is working out so far. Love it! Tenth week comes Monday! I have also lost twelve pounds and didn’t even know it! Very healthy meals!!
We have been truly surprised by the high quality and excellent meals Every Plate offers. Although we’ve not changed any menu options due to illness, we’ve been thrilled with all the preplanned selections sent. Everything has been high quality and very fresh with super easy to follow directions. Our fifteen year old enjoyed preparing one of the meals which was one of her favorite things she said she’s ever eaten-she’s a bit picky so that’s high praise. We are doing the five meals a week which averages around $73 per week Not expensive at all given you get all you need for two ppl It’s actually an excellent value especially for the quality fun recipes you are given to cook. The options for changing or adding proteins etc to each box is so easy to do via the app. We’ve just not been in need to change anything yet. Every Plate has something for everyone with the variety they offer each week. It is so easy to skip a week as we’ve had to do this week due to traveling. And we look forward to continuing the deliveries once we are back.
I used service for one week to try out. I had a delivery for Sunday and if you don’t alter delivery by Wednesday you can’t change anything and you’re charged and it can’t be canceled. So now I have an order I don’t want and charged over $100.00 for a meal that includes pork that I don’t eat. When I called customer service the rep was talking over me and while I was talking to him he hung up. He also had to mute his phone several times because he had a toddler screaming in the background. I do not recommend this service. I made one meal on Tuesday night and it was decent.
