At least the app works now but the charging network is always down. It stinks because this is the only charger available to me where I live.

App doesn’t let you add a cc only add a balance. Also it does not include all fees and does not disclose anything about idling fees. I’m at a hotel and there’s 6 of these stations no one is using and I don’t think I will either.

Chargers say unavailable via app but available on the unit. The chargers I used were unmarked making it difficult to select which one via the app to use. I spent 30 minutes trying to trouble shoot the process and just gave up. I use ChargePoint, Electrify America, and EV go without any problems. This app is useless and just takes your minimum deposit of $20 dollars. How about you make sure your chargers are working correctly before you take peoples money?? I would not recommend these chargers they are more of a hassle if anything.

Can’t even get past the signup. The metadata for the phone field is incorrectly tagged so my password manager overwrites it with my email. The field is locked so I can’t fix it. Pasting is not allowed in the password field so I can’t bypass the password manager. Why on earth do you have an html-editable data field that isn’t intended to be edited?? Complete amateur hour on the front-end data validation.

The app is terrible, it took me hours just to set up an account due to all the software bugs and glitches. Nothing works right, it crashes constantly. 4 new chargers were installed by this company in my community, they are the only fast chargers in the city, and they don’t work. I cannot believe that they somehow conned the state government into getting grant money to install these things. I’ve done my due diligiance, successfully started a charge ONE time out of the 15 or so attempts i have made. Only 1 out of 4 chargers are accessible through the app, the rest cannot be started using any method. It’s embarrassing for EV owners and it’s downright infuriating that this is the only available fast charger without taking a 45 minute drive to get to one.

Hot garbage requires power. Tried 3/5 terminals. Tried cc swipe… nope… cc tap… nope. Downloaded app… setup account w cc details… nope. A waste of time and a rip off even if it would have worked. Went across st to Tesla SC… worked instantly. Don’t even bother.

App crashes and now my add fund is now a hostage. I could pay per time b/c the app’s glitch. Adding funds to the wallet was the only possible way to use the charger. This app is disappointing.

Very bad experience . I entered the credit card info to use this app which I never should have . But please don’t download and use this app .

I’ve installed this app numerous time on my iPad. It seem to be nothing other than a link to their web site. I don’t even get a logon prompt!

Since the developer says that they want to know, and there’s no easy way for me to contact them, I amend my review to note that the charging station where I had this disagreeable experience was in Reedsport, Oregon. I was attempting to use the CHAdeMO connection. As you can read in other reviews, this app is very clunky to use. For me, the issue is how can I possibly trust people who write software this bad with my credit card info? I have almost every EV charging app that is useful in North America, and, to date, this is not merely the worst, but by far the worst. Still, if one is in Vernal, Utah, and this crowd have the available electrons, what is to be done? Sigh. Also, stay away from the webpage, as only the smartphone app is really functional. Dismal, dismal, dismal. The Hyderabad-based “support” will frizz your hair if it is straight and straighten it if it is curly. At the time I write this, one of the preview pages that they use to illustrate this listing has at the head of the page, “Near By Sites.” Why not Near By Gosh? This has been such an amazing experience for me that I decided to read every review. And I did. What I found was that there are at least four reviews by shills (close family members of the CEO, perhaps) and you should ignore them with extreme prejudice.
