Have rented many times Management should get out of their offices and experience the slow connectivity of this app I have the mist recent iPhone with 5G It’s the app

I was in an EVO to get groceries. First the car wouldn’t let me do a stopover, so someone had to be sent to help. Then when I had loaded it with more groceries than I could carry, the car would not start. I was told I would have to wait for 1-1.5 hours for a tow or I would have to unload all of the groceries and pay for a taxi or Uber to get home. I was not offered any compensation or credit for this. Despite waiting for 45 minutes to get help. What terrible customer service. I’m truly shocked.

Evo opens a lot of doors for travel and adventure that would otherwise be closed to a Vancouverite without a car. What prompted this review, though, is the response I get when things go wrong. Over the six months or so I’ve use Evo, I’ve had to call customer service maybe 4 times for minor issues - calling customer service is usually a chore and a headache, but every time with Evo I’ve gotten through essentially immediately, the problem has been fixed right away, and the staff are always so kind and professional. They turn what could be major headaches into small bumps in the road. Thank you!!

Need I say more? I’d rate as zero if I can.

This app is a disgrace. Never used a less reliable app. Hire some real developers. I miss car2go. Step it up Vancouver.

Easy AF to use

Yeah solid, would’ve given 5 stars - but Evo is the reason my wife left me (long story). Great work.

Bike had no helmet on it.

Love evo, but the new update keeps freezing and has a mind of its own. It ended the trip on its own with me still in the car, despite me not touching my phone. I was stranded with the car dead blocking the road. The next day it would not "unlock & start trip", even if i quit and relaunched the app. Had to bus, made me late. I hope it gets back on track asap, can't be relied on currently.
