EXCEED by Money Network

The app never loads for me. Maybe one out of every 25 times it loads right the first time. It glitches constantly. Sometimes when I am able to actually get the app to open up my account, it doesn't show my balance or my transactions. I've been trying for 15 minutes to get my balance to pop up.

Can’t look at my balance with Quick-view. And when I try to log in, it takes about 10 attempts to log in. It’s been super inconvenient and needs to be fixed NOW

It usually gives me problems to log in and it’s so annoying, could be much better .

Never works!!! Always an issue with logging in

Needs an update. I have issues logging in lately.

I can’t see any of my data. Moment I open the app I’m hit with sign in no Face ID works. Then I gotta verify me everytime I open the app, but I can see my balance bc the moment it opens an ad opens that has no x to close it

The app is s problem

Please update this app. It “soft crashes” more often than not. I always have to update my trusted devices (even though I’ve had the same phone awhile now) AND re-enter my bank info so that I can do an external transfer (I use the same and only bank every time) and that’s only the half.

It keeps saying error has occurred when I try to login and see my balance….WHYYYY… can’t I see my money… what’s going on… I really don’t like that I can’t access or see my money…need to fix this or I’m out…

I got this app because I recently got hired onto Walmart and I opted for direct deposit with exceed but I cannot make an account. I’ve tried so many times typing my debit card info to get to the next step and it does nothing. It loads for a second and then stays on the same screen.
