I used to work on projects to develop and implement corporate software. I can't believe what a poor product this is. All i was trying to do was set up auto bill pay for my premiums. Had to walk away from the app in frustration. NOT intuitive. Insists on sending me login verification code via EMAIL not text 🙄. Who does that in 2024? Too many layers and logins required to perform the simplest tasks. This is obviously an old system with extra bits cobbled in to comply with modern security needs. Cough up the dough, excellus, and make an app that does the job for your customers.

Continues to either error upon login or not load data at all. Don’t bother.

Literally just downloaded the app and it keeps crashing.

This app automatically logs out after 5 mins even when in use among multiple other problems that are too long to list.

Really needs Apple wallet support …. Otherwise it’s ok.

The app won’t let me sign in after the update.

I can’t even register!!!

I used to use this app it was very helpful in the past to see how close we were meeting our deductible. Now it crashes anytime I try to open it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled without any improvement. Hope it will get fixed soon.

I can see my member card, check my deductible and see latest claims. It does what I need it to do.
