Express Plus Child Support

I’ve used the app for a couple of years without issue but suddenly I got the message ‘Account suspended rfm105a’ and can no longer access the account. Even deleted the app and reinstalled but it won’t even allow me to log in now… 🤷🏻‍♀️

App just doesn’t open at all on IOS 18.

Can’t even attempt to log in through the app. Keeps telling me there’s errors. I’ve updated the app, deleted and reinstalled… it’s ridiculous

The app crashes constantly and now I can’t even sign in - I keep getting an error message. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, turned my phone off and on and nothing works! This is so stressful for so many people. Please fix the app as this is ridiculous

Let’s direct users to an app, for important information, that doesn’t work…Ridiculous!!

No matter how many times I try to login and change passwords it always says error logging in. This app is totally useless.

The app worked for many months with no problems but for the past few months it will not work at all and all it says is “error” . Nightmare

Have downloaded, uninstalled multiple times. It won’t load at all.

How can something so important be so incapable? I would not be directing people to use the app as a channel to maintain Child Support info until you can a) actually log in and b) perform the functions it needs to I can’t even get past the log in screen
