I‘m unable to achieve standard or strong strength as a non resident without australian passport etc. It should have more opportunities to prove identity in my opinion.

I am unable to link the ATO from overseas though I have managed to create a strong identity. There is limited support to rectify the issue or provide an alternative solution. One goes round in circles trying to figure it out with chat bots. Be prepared to spend a long time on the phone during Australian business hours to nice friendly people that so far haven’t been able to fix it.

I’m not sure why this app has only bad reviews. Everything went smoothly with me and it did the job perfectly.

Step 1: Verify you Email Followed by the app apparently being unable to send a verification email.

I tried two different email addresses and got not a single mail. I checked the spam folder. Very disappointed.

This App is just the worst I have ever used. I wanted to do my tax return, but since I am not in Australia anymore and my visa is also expired I can't verify who I am. There is no mail address that I could contact and overall the App is not helpful at all.

I have tried so many times to get on this app. I have phoned for help and told that the error message was odd and to try turning my phone off and on. There is nowhere to go face to face to sort it out. I need it to help my parents with their aged care account 🤬

Every time you need to verify a document it will log you out and make you start all over again.

Many people seem frustrated that the app is totally broken but it’s actually a security feature. There is no way anyone could spend hundreds of millions of dollars and this mess of doggy doo be a mistake. It can only be the work of genius. Hack proof.
