I am having problems transferring money from my bank account into my Eazipay account, I am really trying to send money there but it keeps telling me error…..

Have been using this app without any issues, GOOD APP 💯

it’s really useless and the customer care is very crude and unprofessional. went as far as insulting me. get it at your own discretion.

I like this app the it’s easy to use and the customer service are active and handling issues faster 💯💯🔥🔥❤️❤️

Is not compatible with iPhone 11 or iOS 16

I would have give this great App 5 stars but I’m not happy have submitted my documents for almost 4days now and it hasn’t been verified 😪 so sad

This app doesn’t verify its customers at all. It’s been over 1 month since I submitted my KYC for verification and I still haven’t been verified!

I tried to top up my wallet yesterday via my debit card , the transaction shows that is successful but the crypto didn’t drop to my wallet yet , kindly proceed to reconcile my issue

I mistakenly send the money to wrong account number, and I have been trying to reach out their support to recover it for me, but the support are not responding at all.
