After the design has changed the system of credit card payments become lagging and unclear. Previous interface was more user friendly.

Called 25 times no one responded

Sometimes there is a message that the app is under maintenance even though it is not. Reloading the app three times sometimes help. The biggest bank in the UAE will definitely need to fix that)

Very late response to requests via email, option to pay credit card was removed to force clients to pay a charge of late payments , worst chatbot and worst banking support via callcenter

I spend sooooo much time just to get a chance to speak with your customer service advisor. So many automated options and yours is not a toll-free number. Imagine 4 calls and almost 30 minutes and still didn’t get a chance to speak with your agent to fix my problem! I had to try every possible option and say “it’s something else” multiple times and nothing got done!

I am unable to see my account on FAB mobile app. It’s just show FAB reward. Chat function is also not working so unable to reach your contact center and ended up writing an email and expect an urgent revert

The best bank in uae.

I am having a very very very bad experience while running this application as it’s extremely slow when changing the tabs inside in the application. Very disappointing, probably am going to shut my account with this bank soon.

Already i submitted All documents but still account not updated and no message no call what the issue
