FAB Mobile Banking

I was involved in fraud (4000$ were stolen). After long debating over email I got the money returned after almost 2.5 months. Since the money were absent from my credit card during this investigation some charges were applied to my debit card. Bank promised to return them as well however they neither returned nor gave me an explanation why. Eventually my credit card disappeared from my application and the bank still charges me for it. Of course no adequate reply from client support service I didn’t receive.

Hello developers. Is it really that difficult to add Russian? This bank has so many Russian clients, but there is still no language. Please add Russian language. Thank you in advance

Anyway which I’ve tried to contact with support of bank through app or calls or website are not working. That’s the worst thing - impossible to have a support from Your bank. You have to go in a branch, wait a queue, talk to a representative. Like a 20 years ago. All UAE banks the same!

Cons: The app works very slowly. It's approximately six times slower than other online banks. There is no online chat support. I hope the developers will fix it. Pros: Thanks for functioning somewhat like a regular bank.

Приложение глючит. Баллы Etihad Guest Miles пропадают сами собой. Баллы за использование кредитной карты тоже пропадают. Контролируйте баланс!

Three attempts to log into my account were unsuccessful. The application shuts down when the OTP code is entered. I was never able to log in to my account.
