Annoying app
App is so slow, keeps on crashing and right after i confirmed payment there’s a popup that items i ordered are not available. I think you should hold the items to someone’s cart for a moment while ordering is in progress.. Or course you will have a lot of problem if you dont! And that is so annoying like that is the primary reason i ordered and now its gone! And app keeps on putting item that i previously ordered in my cart. If i dont recheck, it will be included in my order. But app keeps on crashing so i have to do it a Looooot of times! This app really annoys me!
Cannot view daily to month spending?
Daily spending can’t be seen now?
Could not set delivery address
Have default address set. Still asking delivery address and after typing post code, could not proceed. Keep asking the delivery address. Please fix it
Slow loading of app and QR code using 4G
I am on 4G network and I experienced massive slowdown on the app loading compared to when I am on 5G network. Can anything be done to optimize the loading speed?
No bonus points for app
It is a very useful especially if you are using it at those big and crowded outlet. I have been using it for an extended period until I recently realized that there is no bonus point for app purchase when I tried to exchange for those free gift. This is really a NO NO for me. Very disappointed if they are promoting self service.

Refused to deliver certain products that were on sale.
NTUC Fair Price (yeah fair, right!) Refused to deliver certain products that were on sale. Had to go to the store and purchase them without voucher and some were already out of stock. Nott surprised if in a few months the products on sale would be on retail again. Reserved for future profits or reserved for staffs and friends.
Keyboard don’t launch
How to log in when the keyboard don’t appear at the email or mobile section?
Please include Apple Watch support for app barcode payment
I have an Apple Watch with M1 NumberShare (cellular service) and it would really be an amazing and convenient addition to FairPrice app if the watch could be supported for barcode member scanning and payment at the store. With such improvement the user could go buy groceries without having to carry their phone.
Screen brightness bug (feature?)
Just a small plea. Can we not have the app forcing the screen brightness to the maximum when we tap on a notification to enter the app?
