Horrible customer service

Takes way too long for your bid status to show as winning or outbid. I’m sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting for a response from the app.

STAY AWAY. Fanatics took over and sucked all the profits out while screwing over long term customers. They are literally PSA cards I purchased on through their own auctions are no good. They sold junk and they refuse to make it right. There are too many other options to ever trust your cards or cash with these crooks.

Ever since they took over I’ve been having nothing but issues on app and mobile browser.

Great inventory but the worst customer support in history - multiple slabs broken during shipment and zero replies on first two occurrences, finally got a useless response the third time this happened. Use alt or literally anyone else if you can

Can’t really speak to functionality, but low inventory of cards being sold makes this much MUCH less than EBay.

Constantly kicks out of the app to resign in. Poorly designed. Not user friendly. It worked so much better when under PWCC. It’s ok to redesign but if it isn’t broken, don’t change it.

I tried to buy a card and I did. and it said that it didn’t go through so it made me pay again it just stopped and said no purchases made
